Jen Bai holds a PhD from Shanghai International Studies University and a bachelor’s degree from Flinders University in Australia. She was admitted as a lawyer in Victoria, Australia in 2018 and has more than six years of legal and compliance experience.
Having worked at a major Hong Kong law firm, Jen is skilled in handling complex cross-jurisdictional matters. She is familiar with common-law jurisdictions and has deep practical understanding of the regulatory environments of the Hong Kong SFC and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
